Registration will take place on Wednesday, October 18th, from 13:00 to
14:00.
We kindly ask you to pay the conference fee of about 75 Euros (exact
amount to be announced) in cash upon
registration. The fee includes lunches on Thursday and Friday, coffee
breaks and the conference
dinner.
A tour of the Semiconductor Laboratory can be organized on
Friday afternoon for interested participants.
