Getting Registered
There are two cases
A) You're allowed to register yourself
If you click on "Create new account", a registration dialogue will be displayed. Fill out the form and you are done.
B) You're not allowed to register yourself
If you stay on this page, and get an error message, after clicking on "Create new account", you have to ask
one of your already registered colleagues to visit this page and create a new account for you.
